It's got a very casual, familiar feel almost like going to your hips... read more I'm so happy we have this cool retro modern cafe in Lombok one of my favorite local places. It's got a very casual, familiar feel almost like going to your hipster best friend's place to hang out. Huge covered patio that hugs the corner location on Vleutensweg so you can keep an eye on what's going on in Lombok. I appreciate the modern menu to keep it fresh vs the normal all the same cafe food. They have some several yummy sandwiches and salads to choose from. My only complaint is that they don't serve food past 10pm. Give it a try it's a good escape from the crowded downtown.

There really is nothing special about the atmosphere or decor but there is a reasonably good selection of beers from the tap and by bottle. And all your favourite deep fried snacks to accompany your beer. We shared a cheese fondue and a portion of chips (having already filled up on the aforementioned deep fried snacks). The chips were good but the fondue was a bit disappointing it was just melted cheese in a bowl, forget the traditional pan over a flame. It is not worth going out of the way for, but if I'm back in the same neighbourhood I would drop in for a drink or two.

We had... read more Walked in on a Friday evening without a reservation and with a very short wait they seated us. It was quite busy. Food here is small plates for sharing. We had four plates for two people. The food was very good (and the portions were filling). Service was attentive without being intrusive. There was no rush to turn over the table so we were able to sit and enjoy the meal. I would recommend booking if you want to go there.
