You have a host staff member to first find out the needs of your guests. And please update your system as you yourself have made an overview of reservations. It was easy and convenient for me to make a reservation, but what is the point if you can't even have your books directly? Good luck and I come back because you have a comfortable location and hopefully I can have another experience and change my review.
