We had almost no contact with the staff. No good day or hello upon arrival, someone walked to the table but no explanation or drink was offered. It felt like we... read more We had almost no contact with the staff. No good day or hello upon arrival, someone walked to the table but no explanation or drink was offered. It felt like we just had to start cooking ourselves in a bad atmosphere with overpriced meat that also arrived frozen. When my girlfriend accidentally dropped a glass, we had our first contact with the staff. A glass was put on the table and poured... So, you can try again... Well that didn 't really feel like a warm welcome. For almost 100 euros per person you can cry.

First and last time we come here, the manager (I think he is management since he hired us) was not guest friendly, spoke arrogantly, looked at us strangely and... read more First and last time we come here, the manager (I think he is management since he hired us) was not guest friendly, spoke arrogantly, looked at us strangely and talked because we did not want tapioca with the milk tea. We are people who use HotPot more often and we were looking forward to it since this place is open in Utrecht and not just Amsterdam. The food tasted like MILK and the price was absolutely not worth it, you had little choice. The only good thing is that the server was very polite and nice. Unfortunately, we are not satisfied and I hope that the company can see it. I can also easily say that I can go out of my way at any time.
