During my visit to Utica, I decided to have a quick dinner at this restaurant. The customer service was exceptional! Eddie, the man working at the counter, managed the phones and also trained his coworkers at the same time. He handled some difficult customers with ease and remained calm throughout. Not bad. One guy was great, he made everything ok after his coworker messed up the order.
Called and ordered delivery to my work and jokingly mentioned that I was pregnant and starving and when I opened the bag he added extra pickles to bag. He truly knows what pregnant women want haha! That was so kind, thank you so much!

I held here while in Utica for a quick dinner customer service was amazing! Eddie, the gentleman who worked the counter, answered the phones and trained employees at the same time. He remained calm with what I would call annoying customers. He was fantastic great customer service skills!
The food was good and a very friendly and clean place
