Dunkin' - Utica

In the afternoon, the inexperienced children working at the restaurant got my coffee order wrong. They seemed careless and possibly under the influence. I will not be returning to this place due to the lack of respect and attention these children showed. A tip for true coffee lovers: avoid buying coffee from inexperienced individuals, whether at a local café or a chain like Dunkin' Donuts. They should be trained properly before working in such establishments.

The hot matcha tea warmed us up immediately. The barista was very pleasant.

The staff members are always very friendly and the manager is pleasant.

I have a great relationship with the morning staff at this restaurant. There are certain workers who already know my order without me having to say it. However, I have had some issues with the night staff. They are rude and never seem to make my coffee correctly. On a recent Saturday night, the service was particularly slow. We waited for over 10 minutes for our order to be ready and it was frustrating. We couldn't even hear them calling out orders on the loudspeaker.

My coffee was filled with coffee grounds. Super gross.
