Burgoo - Utica

The pub food at this restaurant is excellent. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich and when I opened the container, my wife was visibly surprised.

I went to this restaurant for lunch over the weekend. The service was excellent and the wings were tasty. However, I was disappointed with the main dish. The meat was served cold and the tomatoes tasted off. It was a strange dining experience overall.

After a refreshing morning hike, we were in desperate need of a delicious lunch. We departed from Starved Rock with no set destination in mind. Our initial intention was to make a quick stop.
