One of our favorite restaurants however they always seem to be under staffed. We had priority seating and was told there’s a 2 hour wait while half the restaurant was empty. Went last New Year’s Eve and they weren’t taking walk ins because they didn’t have enough staff. View all feedback.

Crab legs were cold. My 37.00 steak wasn’t cooking on the black rock. Waitress checked on us at the beginning was not aware it wasn’t cooking at that time. Our waiter, tony, was amazing. we liked our eating, but it was better in other black rock restaurants. we give them a second chance.

I’m not really sure why your restaurants are so busy when most everyone who comes in your door cook their own food. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location again. It’s not the first time I’ve had bad service. I do have to say your coconut shrimp was amazing. Thank you for that.

I love it, one of my favorite restaurants ever!!!!!!
We waited almost an hour and was being told that it would be ten minutes they are clearing a table off. Then we would see people get sat who came after us multiple times. Went up multiple times to check. Finally another hostess took the table and sat us. It was our first time and was a horrible start
