We had a very enjoyable experience at the restaurant. The room was spacious and extremely clean. The swimming pool was stunning. However, the ladder railing needs to be replaced or repaired as it was faulty with sharp edges. This could potentially lead to injuries, especially for those who are feeling dizzy. View all feedback. The wifi is poor. Some rooms have shower issues and problematic tap levers. The air conditioning is not very effective and there is a moldy smell in certain rooms. The food at Seri Inai Cafe is expensive and smoking is allowed in the rooms, so non-smokers may notice a lingering smell. The buffet breakfast is below average.
