Wingstop - Utah

Food is fire but the service is terrible. Had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter and waited 45 minutes for our food. The place was empty too so I don’t know why it took so long.

Time to update: Yes, the Louisiana dry rub chicken wings are still wonderful, the fries are the best, both dipped in ranch dressing are heavenly just as I remembered! Previous: I crave the dry Louisiana Rub while he gets the hotter Cajun sauce. Fries are the best. We prefer bone in wings since they aren't breaded. We love being able to use the app to order ahead of time and avoid waiting.

First time ever trying Wingstop, but I have been seeing their chicken sandwich advertisements and I like my chicken sandwiches so I'll give it a review. They told me it would take approx 10 minutes, it took about 27 minutes, no big deal I'm patient. I waited in the lobby and I noticed the employees were playing loud profanity laced rap music in the kitchen. Which is fine, but not family friendly. Came in to the riverdale Wingstop and the cashier Lucas was so nice and helpful. Food was so fresh and delicious! The store has had a real upgrade in cleanliness, atmosphere and help since the last time I was in. Wait time was not long. Most definitely will be back and let everyone know how well the riverdale store is doing.

Every time so far whenever I order thru the app the wait time wayy surpasses the time it says on the phone. Which is not really something I have an issue with in other places. They give me a time window of 10 more minutes and get mad after I wait the 10 minutes saying it’s not ready yet as if I’m not more than patient.
