The Deli - Utah

We are staying up at Sundance for a few days and my husband ordered chicken soups to take away from the deli. There was literally no chicken in the soup, only tomatoes. I’m serious, no chicken to be seen. We ended up throwing them out.

Waited half an hour for our food…never got it…waited another 15 minutes for a manger to refund it…45 minutes later, no food and really regretting my decision. Food looked good just super unorganized.. I’d like to say it was understaffed but it wasn’t…

This was a great place to stop by for lunch while we stayed close by at a cabin. It is a little hard to find but it's a beautiful walk to get there after you park. There's a big parking lot around here but it can be hard to find a parking spot. I didn't find a clear menu online so I took pictures to help you all out! Horrible experience!! Long wait and when we asked why it is taking long (35+ minutes) they said they forgot to print the order out… then waiting to get refunded took a long time because they were busy fulfilling orders so we ended up waiting around for 45 minutes.

Horrible. Every time here is worse than the last. Ordered a $10 grilled cheese that took 15 min and the cheese wasn’t even melted. My dirty chai was without coffee and then they added the coffee after the fact with 1/2 in the cup and 1/2 in the cup.
