The experience front to back every single time I come here is just exquisite. They went above and beyond for my birthday. Table X and Table X Bread provide an experience like no other in Salt Lake City. My dad brought me up on Subway and I considered Applebee's an extraordinary culinary treat. The value was always based on quantity and speed of service, and never flavor, ambiance, creativity, locally sourced ingredients — all things that Table X excels in. Pretentious. When I got to the part on their website that states they have a 3.5% “surcharge” so their kitchen staff can have a ”,livable wage”, that did it. Nope. Just nope. Pay your people a livable wage. Don't pretend it's an act of altruism. It's greed pure and simple.
Michelin doesn't review restaurants in the intermountain west but this place proves that they should. Hands down on the level of fine dining.
Such a fun experience dining here! Loved the pairings and this place is definitely unique and a must try! Loved every course we were served and left full, but not over filled. They stand out amongst the rest of the restaurants especially because they have non alcoholic drink parkings with their dishes, which I have never heard of before. And they were all delicious!
