Great food here. They have a mix of “Americanized” Chinese food and authentic dishes. The sizes are almost family style so you could order a couple and share. The flavors are really yummy. I liked the tofu-it was a soft tofu with an awesome sauce. The beef curry was great as well. When you check out you have to get your servers attention and pay upfront. View all feedback.
What Diane D doesn't like about Phở Hong Chau:
The broth was okay I definitely got to try this place once. I wouldn't come back, when I was there no one refilled my water and no one came around to check if I was okay. There weren't any napkins at the table nor did they give me one. View all feedback.
Very nice, I had the spring rolls. The staff was very polite. I would absolutely come again the next time in the area.
Worst Thai cuisine in Utah ever. Just look at the soup that is made of black pepper and sesame oil, even worst than the soup from a pack of instant noodles.
Great mom and pop shop for good quality home-made Vietnamese and Chinese food. I loved the shrimp cakes and the pho. I have the feeling that everything on the menu is delicious. A little more meat on the pork chop and shrimp cakes and rice would have earned that 5th star, even if they had to charge dollar or two more. Will definitely be back!
Great food and service. Hot and delicious for sure you will leave full and happy

I definitely recommend their spicy beef noodle soup (bún bò Huế, rice plate with chopped grilled pork (cơm tấm thịt nướng), My Tho/Nam Vang noodles soup and vermicelli egg rolls/grilled pork. Their portion size is reasonable for the price. These are the reasons why we keep coming back. Cons: inconsistent serv … – show
