We ordered a vegan panini which came with pickled chillies, carrots and chips. The panini was delicious and the owner was very friendly. Would suggest this food truck if you ever visit the area.

As you can tell from the picture, the sandwich was packed! The Pinch Me smoothie was creative and refreshing! On the juice to smoothie scale, it leaned more toward juice. I would have liked it a bit thicker, but the flavor was 10/10.

If you’re searching for vegetarian options in Moab, this place is ideal! I tried the Need Power smoothie and the Eggplant Parm panini, both of which were delicious. The service was also wonderful. Highly recommended!
