I took my 3 year old in to use the rest room and there were cockroaches. Alive, dead, and babies. So disgusting! To make matters worse, there was absolutely no soap in the dispenser! I'd never eat here.

This is ridiculous and the KFC system needs fixed. I will just end up giving away this gift card because this is dumb.

Wasn’t busy at all but waited 10 minutes at drive up window with no answer. Went inside and six employees just chilling in back. Manager walks by and pulls fries from the fry tray and eats them and then they take time to get my order. They messed it up and then the food was dry. Never going there again.

Got part regular recipe and part... read more Couldn't get the order right even though I ordered 4 hours ahead of time on their app. Ordered the crispy 8 piece variety meal. Got part regular recipe and part crispy recipe. All thighs except for one breast and 2 wings. Talked to manager. He was very rude and no help at all. Avoid this restaurant!!!
