The lodge has been a great place going back to working the SLC Olympics twenty years ago. I have always found it a delicious place to eat and the views are spectacular. View all feedback.
What JP doesn't like about John Paul Lodge:
Everyone calls it the JP lodge. And I'm all like I don't own a lodge. Great bathrooms though. “Poop Elevated”. UPDATE: It's a lodge name after John Paul not Jean-Philippe. Which now totally makes sense. I was terrified I was going to have to pay property taxes this time of the year. UPDATE 2: Super mad I didn't own the lodge. Could have made a ton of money off a Californian moving here. View all feedback.
Definitely my favorite of the lodges at Snowbasin. Lines are shorter, lodge is more open; overall just a much better option while at Snowbasin. I hesitate to post about it, because I prefer to keep it less crowded, but too late now.
Great lodge. JP as we call it. Only downside is it’s too small for those crowded days!
Always so satisfied eating up at JP! Highly recommend the chicken and waffles! Go eat downstairs when you are there. It's huge and a lot more private. Always the go to place at Snowbasin.
One of the most spectacular views I've seen. Anywhere. Great place to sit for lunch. Prices a bit on the high side but not unreasonable for a ski resort. Great food. I look forward to returning when i ski in the area.
Fantastic lodge. The food service was great. Try the nachos.
