Arby's - Utah

Sometimes it's great, other time just mediocre. It's usually best when the manager is working. We had a problem with our order and she took care of us. She was very helpful.

Paid for $30 worth of sandwiches ask for eight Arby's eight horsey so each one had one to two sauces and when we got home we ended up with one Arby's sauce and one horsey will not go to this place again

Stopped in for a quick lunch while traveling. Service and food were both good.

What the f@ was that?! To the speaker com system, the window guy and the disappointing food. Should have gone and purchased a loaf and bread and ate it.. basically all it was. It's fast food, I get it but come on… People normally go to name places due to a certain standard you can count on. It's been awhile and if this is the new standard, not worth to risk it elsewhere either. Sorry not sorry there are other options.

Very disappointing. Walked from our hotel at 9pm. Dining room sign and online both say the dining room is open til 10pm. It was not. Since we had our children and it was quiet, we thought we'd go thru the drive thru, walking. We thought wrong. A very unkempt manager and the kid at the drive thru treated us like we were crazy.
