残念な対応 11/14から来年1月の臼杵ふぐ割申込が始まったので、電話をずっとかけ続け、やっと繋がった。 「まだ空きがあるので大丈夫です」と言われ、一安心し大人6人で予... read more 残念な対応 11/14から来年1月の臼杵ふぐ割申込が始まったので、電話をずっとかけ続け、やっと繋がった。 「まだ空きがあるので大丈夫です」と言われ、一安心し大人6人で予約！これで楽しみのふぐが食べれると思っていた。 ところが、数時間後に店から電話がかかってきて、「前に予約されたお客さんの人数が増えたので、入れなくなりました。ごめんなさいね〜」と一方的にキャンセルされた 少なくても日時等を調整するべきでは？ 人数が増えたんで入れなくなった！？ 頑張って予約したのは何だったのか… やっと予約ができて安心していた矢先の残念な対応、こういう店には絶対行きません。
