This place attracts lots of tourists because of it's central location and traditional folk looks. But service, food, quality price raport is not acceptable. Waiters are being rude and totally not interested in creating an welcoming atmosphere, food has a poor quality, you have to wait for a long time. At our last family visit, because of their unbalanced table a glass of beer has fallen and broke this was added to the invoice. In which civilized restaurant do you encounter something like this?! This restaurant has ZERO interest in it's clients. P. S. Please pay attention that at least the last 3 recessions were also negative, this already raises a huge question mark on the quality of this place

In the meantime we actually left the restaurant but for the lack of other options we ended up at the same table, still waiting. The waiter was not even interested in serving us, was actually rude when we asked for a card. We left again and didn't come back. Highly NOT recommended. Czekalysmy przy stoliku przez 50 min, w miedzyczasie qyszlysmy ale z braku innych opcji wrocilysmy do tego somego stolika we Wrzosie. Po uplywie kolejnych 20 minut ponownie wyszlysmy z restauracji, naprawde nie polecam.

The first impres... read more We came back here after two years pandemic travelling restriction. Reading comments from last months I was excited how Karczma Wrzos works now. The first impression: Booking table on the phone. During travellinng we called Wrzos for booking a table. Staff was co operative and helpful. Arriving table was ready despite of the full house. Second impression: Waiters were polite, helpful and fast. Top pf all smileing and friendly. They helped us to choose from Polish menu as English was not available. Third feeling: good cold draughtbeer, huge delicious meals everything was as good as it was before years, the service even better. Thanks for the great dinner we could introduce Wrzos to our friends on. See you in June at out next trip to greatful Poland! :
