Overall is a good quality/value ratio experience and the large patio guarantee free tables even without reservation. Pizza probably is the most consistent choice in terms of execution.

However, the wa... read more It was difficult to find a restaurant still open on a weekday in October, so Isolotto was not our first choice, maybe this taints my impression. However, the waiter didn't bring us bread, forgot the salad order and the food was not much to shout about. I tried the spaghetti with almond and shrimp pesto, nothing special. The pasta norma was run of the mill as well. The wine from Ustica was very nice, though that's not the restaurant's fault, and at 16 Euros a bottle quite pricy. Well, this is Italy. The desert, frozen almond, is also to be recommended. Salad, when it finally came, was a sliced tomato on a plate with olives and capers.
