First, we were given a room where wasps were nesting which surprised only us, not the management of Hvězda. The trash in this room was not taken out. We then got a room where the door handle was falling off. There was no trash can at all, that's why the previous guests probably threw beer cans by the bed, they were waiting for us there, because no one cleaned them. The basket by the toilet was literally overflowing with used pads. Since there are a total of 4 rooms in the cottage, there must have been a girls' camp in front of us. Otherwise, I don't want to think about how long the liners are piling up there. A separate chapter is the kitchen and service. Right at the beginning, I write that we should have been struck that they are looking for both cooks and maids at the same time. The service is made up of teenage girls who are nice, but absolutely uneducated. They are not in a hurry and, above all, they do not think about the work at all. The restaurant opens at 10, so you have to take into account and we did that you have to have a basic breakfast with you and have something small at ten. They are able to make you scrambled eggs, sausage for the kids and a pancake. For example, the chef refused to make soft boiled eggs because it costs him too much time ! . They only have 1 thin slice of bread as a side dish. Last fall, the operator at least brought rolls. At that time, there was also a full menu at the cottage, now there is only A4 paper, where everything except pancakes is made from semi finished products. We deliberately ordered what we could to try the dishes. We didn't finish anything, even though the prices for the food were higher and we were a little sorry. As can be seen from the post, we have returned to the chat in the past. This is because we are bound by memories, our ancestors are among the founders. We now paid CZK 2,000 for two nights of horror. After the waitress came to us and told us that she had billed us for the accommodation incorrectly, as we had to pay 4,000 CZK 500 per person , I called the operator to say that I would not pay that much. He didn't want money, which I take as compensation. The fact that he didn't even care what was bothering us, that he mocked me ironically as a teenager when I told him about the horrible dirt and I emphasize that I really told him all this politely , but it bothers me and leads not only to this post , but also to file a complaint with the Club of Czech Tourists, because these services and this behavior are also its calling card. I told the operator, he doesn't care. However, no operator of anything should care if a customer is so dissatisfied that not only will they not recommend the business, but they will not even return to it, because they will only take away disappointment from it.
