I prefer in this case to go take me and cut off my fish myself I am a real lover and amateur of this Japanese cuisine and I think an internship with real chefs specialists in this kitchen would be good ... Big disappointment so ...

When I realize and call to understand, they tell me that it's normal, I have to pass them in the oven...! So either I'm warned in advance of this manipulation to be done at home (happyly I have an oven being said by the way), or we take on his ball and propose a solution... On the makis, nothing surprising is frozen defrosted, the same makis as in all low-end Japanese restaurant chains.

Following the very positive manager's response we returned! And we are not disappointed you have made us convinced! We have understood your fresh and prepared product policy at the minute! Good quality is at the rendezvous. We talk about it well around us and very quickly!!!

Think about ordering, for a maximum of freshness the trays are not necessarily prepared in advance and this is still top!
