Great for people that don't live here and have to listen to the overly loud music until 1-2am and hooting and hollering from the drunks every night that the place is open. Getting a good nights sleep before getting up for work at 5am is definitely out! Any chance of sound proofing anytime soon? In response to your reply, this is an ongoing issue, the night before there was the same noise level along with drunken yelling etc up to 2am, the same thing most nights when you're open. Should I be keeping a record or calling in a complaint every time? Your food and service may be excellent, I will never know because i will never cross the threshold of a business that is not truly concerned with the effect of it's business on the people that live on it's doorstep. And it would have been nice if you had actually quit after the complaint but it went on for an additional 15minutes or more.

We've been trying to catch them open for 3 years. They are now putting effort into keeping their business hours predictable and consistent. Finally went today with breakfast in mind. The menu is lunch and bar type food items only. Same menu all day. Dinner special board available one weekend night. Posted special looks good. New York steaks (cut free form said the chef , mashed potato, broccoli and dinner bread. The steaks advertised were huge (approximately 18 oz. and the price commensurate with that. We ordered burgers. Aside from the style of burger (Spicy Sasheen with pepperjack, jalapenos and pepperoni (Blueslide Burger and Blue they were served with literally nothing on them except mayo. No pickle. No lettuce. No tomato. Nothing. We had a choice of fries, tots or waffle fries. 2 burgers and 2 house coffees totalled $25. We are always happy to support local businesses and a living wage but they need to put in the effort to serve quality food too. The workers were very nice and friendly. Our server was wearing a top that revealed a good six inches of her rather substantial tummy. Sitting at our table made the view eye level. A little more careful effort in attire would go a long way. I wish them every success but I will spend my dining dollars elsewhere.

Really good tacos on special on Mondays. They are large tacos too for $2.50 each. Salsa and sour cream on request. Had a glass of wine with it for $5. Great dinner for $10 plus tip. The fish and chips are not worth getting though. The fries are delicious, look hand cut and are fried crisp. The fish on the other hand wasn?t worthy of the place. It was mostly a batter around a minuscule amount of what we figured to be fish. They would do better to just pick up the Costco fish sticks for their fish and chips. Unfortunately they don?t have a liquor license for hard alcohol anymore.

Stopped here on the way home to get some burgers after a great hike in the Salmo wilderness. Perfection in USA, small community hospitality was old school and your dinners were all completely consumed as they were delicious. Thankyou Usk for serving the northern get aways.

Well we thought we would try UsK bar and grill for something different.We live about 25 minutes from there. The night we showed up they were closed due to a lose of 3 friends.Lindsey came out and told us to come in she would make us a burger.,we said we'll go somewhere else..We we're so sorry for their lose,but she insisted we come in along with another couple. We went in ordered. She was alone and she helped everyone cooking, bartending with such class..the sweetest gal. Food was really good ice cold beer..great prices..We just want to thank Lindsey for such great service on such a tragic day for the community. We will be back..Randy and Kip?????
