Had the Brisket roastbeef sandwhich. My response to the brisket , probably like most Texans was , Meh I make it better. On the other hand i have always loved their roast beef and the cheese and buns are also what you expect from Arby's.The sandwich, on the other hand not so much. The roast beef overwhelms the brisket and the cheese in the few bites i got all 3 did not help.Would of been a good brisket or roast beef s... View all feedback.

Stop in here pretty regularly, and these employees have a lot of attitudes and don't know how to leave their personal problems at the door. Today, the lady running the drive thru had a terrible attitude and was extremely rude, almost yelling at us. Another employee, when we complained, said it was because she was by herself, which obviously isn't true if we are talking to a 2nd employee. Either way, it is not the customers fault that the company doesn't have enough employees. She was trying to get us to change our order so she didn't have to cook anything, and the food we did get was overcooked, and the roast beef tasted burned.
We pulled up and they said it would be 5 to 10 minutes because of a shift change. We set at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes and then the lady rudely took our order. After we paid, the order wasn 't right and when we ask for the manager 's number, she just yelled to the back, hey they want a manager. We tried calling to get a Gm number, but they never answered the phone. I would avoid this Arby 's if you can.
Came thru the drive thru. ordered dinner. got home. No curly fries, apparently they are out, no cheese sticks, out again. Sandwiches were terrible and no juice for the French dip. Diet coke was not diet. it just seems like nothing went right at all. Not the first time ordering from here and having issues, but this time was by far the worst. Should have driven an extra mile or two and went to the Franklin or Greenwood one.
Finally caught them open. I don't know what I was expecting considered the level of employees they have to takeI stopped at a different loves Arby's combo who completely screwed up my order. I stopped here to try to get it fixed. The manager proceeded to try to give me the blowout and say that I had the wrong kind of receipt, that it would have to say loves at the top like there's, then proceeded to print me a nearly identical receipt with the only difference being the store number. She refused to admit she was wrong and said it didn't match, that they were owned by loves and there was no way to know if the other was. I told her to check the store number and she told me that the store number on the receipt wasn't the correct numberAll of this after not giving me points for weeks without notifying me that my card had been deactivated for over 2k worth of purchases. Screw lovesParking: Easy off the interstate but the road is rough and the lot is always full
