**A Mixed Bag at the Local Gem: Urunga BP Servicestation**

The URUNGA BP Servicestation stands out for its unique blend of fuel and food, often celebrated for quality burgers, hot chips, and an inviting atmosphere. However, recent experiences reveal a troubling decline in service standards, with reports of rude staff, cold food, and order mishaps tarnishing its reputation. Despite these issues, some patrons appreciate its vibrant community spirit, noting friendly employees and diverse offerings, including local merchandise and health products. As it strives to regain its former glory, the Servicestation remains a beloved stop for many, balancing hope and nostalgia amid growing frustration.

This is not just any ordinary petrol station, This one of a kind petrol station sells amazing hot food including hot chips corndogs and much more. They have partnered with many other companies and are selling merchandise from (BCF) (Super cheap auto) and selling local family owned beef jerky. They also sell hemp seed oil which can relief anxiety and body pains highly recommend. The staff are super nice and shop is next to a seafood shop5/5 best petrol station ever !!!!

On August 25, 2021, at 6:25 PM, I decided to grab a take-away order of a hamburger, spring roll, and chips from this restaurant. As a local who frequents this place once a month, I usually find the food acceptable. However, this visit was disappointing. I was greeted by a rude staff member who seemed disinterested in taking my order. When I finally received my food, the chips were cold and had clearly been sitting in the warmer for a while, and the hamburger was also cold. Overall, I was very dissatisfied and will not be returning to this restaurant.

What a fantastic stop! My friend and I enjoyed a wonderful coffee break at 5:30 AM during our road trip. The staff was already awake and busy brewing delicious coffee, which is impressive for us Melbourne coffee lovers. They even offered a jumbo size, perfect for tired drivers. The team was lively, friendly, and fun, sharing jokes and creating a great atmosphere. As two young women, we felt safe even before dawn. Plus, the unleaded petrol prices were quite reasonable too!

It seems like there was an incident at the Urunga BP Servicestation on December 27, 2023, involving a worker with an American accent. The police have been called to the scene. Unfortunately, there are no names or specific details provided about the incident or the restaurant. If you have more context or specific points you'd like to include in a review, feel free to share!

My family recently spent $100 on burgers and fries, but we were disappointed with our experience. The staff at the counter seemed more interested in goofing off than doing their jobs properly. They messed up our order, the food was cold and of poor quality, and they even gave us attitude when we requested bags for our takeout. It's really unfortunate; this place used to be a fantastic hamburger spot.
