We... read more Here is a quick dinner with pizza and beer. As an appetizer we received free garlic bread strips with a spicy tomato sauce, a garlic Mayo and ground oregano. We ordered a middle house pizza that was amazing. The secret of the great pizza... is a big crust and this crust was just the way I like it – then (but not too thin), crispy (not soggy) with just the right amount of chewiness. The service at Pizza Wasi was exceptional. When we ordered a second beer, they ran out, but instead of saying that there was no more, the waitress went out somewhere and came back with more beer. Well, how great is that!

It's interesting because as a town in the Sacred Valley, Urubamba has great places to eat and get a drink and snack. Pizza Wasi is square a good...pizza connection in a city with many options. Maybe it's such a worthy place to visit. Sure the service is slow and there is a really good chance the craft beer you will order will not be in stock, but the food is great and the atmosphere is pleasant. It's definitely worth a visit. Oh, my God, I almost forgot.

We ordered a large (familia) cheese and a large Hawaiian. They also brought us bread sticks with garlic sauce and tomatoes... and a cup of oregano to season the sticks. All were delicious and the toppings were generous on both pizzas. Bill was only 78 soles, including 2 coke and 2 water. Even by taxi it was less than hotel. Good choice for pizza in the Urubamba area.
