In the majority of restaurants when I am asked to cook the meat, if I respond rosé I get eyes of owl, rosé, it doesn't exist, it's about to point or bleeding. Well, if rosé, it's between point and bleeding and that's where we see if the Chef can cook his meat as the customer wishes. This Chef there, he knows how to cook his meat and fish perfectly (as desired by the customer). What else, if it's not going!
