The food in the form of the 5 course menu was ok, but the main course was not edible. You have to have learned how to fry a beef fillet so well that you can't cut it! Please excuse my honest but unfortunately negative review, but when you are mentioned as the best restaurant in Flevoland by Michelin, then you would expect a little more professionalism!
