The prices were excellent for the high quality wines they sold. We bought a wonderful amarone wine for far less than it would cost in the US.
We went to the Cinque Terre when tourist traffic is light and the days are cool. Despite the fact it is off season, there are plenty of tourists to keep the restaurants that stay open busy. Still, its a great time to come because nothing is so crowded or overwhelmed that one cannot have a great time. The restaurant is cozy and quaint with room for a few tables on the first and second floor. The place has an extensive menu of pasta dishes. The food was excellent and the staff was friendly. We would not hesitate to return.
We were lucky enough to be introduced to this wine bar come restaurant by a very informed local. Enoteca showcases the best of the local wines produced in the surrounding regions and serves food to match. There is no menu as such and the food changes regularly. The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly, the food was great and the wines were extraordinary. So much so, we bought a dozen bottles to take with us as they were so good! It is a wonerful place to sit and meet the locales who all frequent this little gem. We are planning to visit this place a few more times before we leave and will return whenever we come to Italy.
All the staff is spectacular, great courtesy and professionalism. Great food and super variety of wines. Also excellent as after dinner, to enjoy a cocktail among friends. Try! Recommended!
Wide choice of wines and excellent food.. especially gourmet pizzas
