I have been going to this subway for more than a year and I’ve seen a lot of their employees come and go. Tonight was different. Best service I’ve ever seen from any Subway. Kieran and Nick were phenomenal. I walked in and was immediately greeted. Both of them were kind and respectful. I absolutely will be coming back after tonight’s experience. It was a frustrating experience for us. Staff don't speak or understand English and do not seem to accept the coupons. Newly advertised items aren't in stock. Trying to communicate the order was such a challenge it made for an unpleasant experience. Ordered a foot long roast beef, Ordered it with 50% more meat, only 4 slices on whole sub, that's not extra in my book.
We went out of our way to get to this location. Had a BOGO coupon. The kid behind the counter said this location doesn 't accept coupons. The computer doesn 't know how to process them . Oddly enough, my Subway app also had a BOGO offer but it has to be ordered using the app. My wife I decided not to waste anymore time here, if we are going to pay full price, we might as well go to Firehouse Subs closer to our house. FH subs are 10x better anyway.
Only one person scheduled and working. Props to the associate for getting it done with 3 on line orders and 7 customer groups. No props to the franchise owner. If you are understaffed, get in there and help.
Service is always great. Online orders have always been done on time or even a little early. The employees have always been pretty chill even during the lunch rush. Have seen some things have malfunctioned in the past like the fountain drink machine, but they always seem to get these things repaired and up and running again in a decent amount of time. The sandwiches I've ordered have always been made correctly and never feel like they skimp on any of the meat or veggies. Overall this place has been pretty perfect throughout my extended time ordering here.
Hi there I just thought the owner should know that front door was locked so I couldn’t go in. I called and no answer either. I saw an employee inside, she looked right at me and didn’t open up. I’m writing this in the parking lot before leaving because if this were my business, I’d want to know. It’s currently 10/1 at 11:46am.
