What Dustin Williams doesn't like about Pizza Ranch Urbandale:
Not a good experience. The lady working the counter was rude and not friendly. The restaurant and seating area were not clean. Most importantly the food was not good. Very few selections on the pizza buffet, the chicken was old and dry, and the Mac n Cheese had a crusty layer on top. We were there at about 3:30PM and the lady (seemed to be the manager) said they were getting ready for the dinner crowd while vacuuming... View all feedback. Pizza Ranch is the best place to go because they have the best chicken and the pizza and cheese bread are awesome and I love the variety that the salad bar has and of course the desert pizzas are really good. View all feedback.

read moreIf you love well roasted chicken, the pizza ranch has the best I've ever eaten. It's so crispy and juicy. That's the only place I'm going for fried chicken.
Great place to bring the kids so they have many ways to eat. Besides, the desert bar is a bonus. We always had a great experience when we came here.
The Urbandale Pizza Ranch is a great place to eat. The staff is very friendly, helpful and friendly all the time.
It’s amazing how the new management here has turned this Pizza Ranch into the best Pizza Ranch around! Fantastic job Zach and crew!
