I am a fan of the Papa Murphy's chain for many reasons, but this particular location was disappointing. It reminded me of the DMV scene in Zootopia/Zootropolis with the sloths, as the workers seemed incredibly slow. They also overcharged me, and I had to point out the mistake because it seemed like they were not familiar with their own menu.
