I ordered my sandwich with no mayo, as I hate mayo! They put a ton of mayo on my sandwich but no tomatoes, which I love and should have came on the #9! So couldn't even eat it with all the mayo, not happy! View all feedback.
I live in Idaho, so am familiar with the chain and looked forward to getting my favorite, a beach club with bacon. It was spot on! Love the consistency though in a different region on the US. Mmm mmm!
Sandwich was made quick and fresh. Better than subway though. So tired of fast food though...the mask mandatory bites
I placed an online order, and it took more than an hour for my food to arrive. I ordered three sandwiches and three drinks, but when they finally showed up, my Sprite was flat. It felt like a waste of both money and time. Definitely not "freaky fast" at all.
I ordered my sandwich without mayo because I really dislike it, but unfortunately, they piled on a lot of mayo anyway. To make matters worse, there were no tomatoes on it, which I enjoy and should have been included in the #9. Because of the excess mayo, I couldn't eat the sandwich at all. I'm quite disappointed!
The experience was good overall, but I ordered a ham sandwich and the employee repeatedly asked if I wanted a #5 or #9, claiming they were the same except for a slice of salami. I specified just ham, but when I got home, it turned out it wasn't a ham sandwich at all. My son ended up picking everything off. It seems there was a misunderstanding.
