The gas pump area was clean, the windshield cleaner fluid was full, and there were both windshield cleaners (squeegee) and towels. Inside I was greated twice, and the men's bathroom was clean. We didn't buy anyfood, but the shelves looked well stocked, and there were about two dozen individual slices of pizza that looked recentlycooked. They also had warm sandwhiches. We arrived around noon on a Sunday.

Showed them the order from our phone and they repeated that they didn?t have our order. Called in to complain to manager about it and she hungup on me. Very rude

Was asked to sign the back of the scratchers by the cler... read more Stopped there on Saturday July 29th. I got a fountain drink and was trading in some lottery scratchers. Was asked to sign the back of the scratchers by the clerk. Told him I would not sign them because I don't have too. He seemed pretty new to the job but indicated that his boss trained him that way. Just wondering what's up at this store, seems fishy to me to have a customer sign those low value tickets. Clerk said he would just write refused to sign on the receipt he attached to the tickets. I have worked for caseys for more than 15 years and most of that at store level and never once was I told that signing the back of these tickets is required. Is this a new policy or misinterpretation of something that was said to either the clerk or the manager there?
