Casey's - Urbandale

Come here a lot for the service. Very nice staff around, I feel gas is always just a bit cheaper here, but this is definitely my favorite Casey's. You have a pretty good layout of the store and it's never hard to find everything I need.

Justin was so helpful, I had a bad day and he went beyond and beyond to make sure I had a good shopping experience and found what I needed. He really did my day and is a wonderful person. If he's not a manager, he should be. Keep the good work Justin. If you see that

I stopped this morning at 6:45. While I wanted to leave the cashier, I stopped a patron who came in because he had no mask. Thank you very much for being brave enough and thinking about the safety of others. He was also efficient and friendly. Stay healthy and thank you for what you do daily.

Placed an order 1 1/2 ago. Went to pick it up and waited 20 minutes only to be told they didn?t have our order. Showed them the order from our phone and they repeated that they didn?t have our order. Called in to complain to manager about it and she hung up on me. Very rude
