What User likes about Wendy's:
I think his name is Darren, but every time I get there, this boy works hard and always rushes to help others with Fritten. I also saw him at McDonald's in Urbana and he made the sandwiches on point without discomfort and very fast!!! The guy deserves some credit! View all feedback.

We waited 40 minutes for someone to take our order. The staff was friendly and polite, but the service was disorganized. The fries were cold, not even warm. The staff needs better discipline. Overall, we were not satisfied with our experience. View all feedback.

My wife found a hair in the frosting of her dessert, we did not receive all of our food, the dining area was still closed, and only the drive-thru was open. I do not recommend visiting this Wendy's.

The restaurant staff initially overlooked my order, and when I finally received my chicken sandwiches without tomato, they were not prepared as requested. The fries were cold and appeared to have been left sitting in the bag for a while. Overall, the experience was disappointing and I do not plan on returning to this establishment.

Fire the whole team and clean house before someone comes in and shuts it off. this place is absolutely unacceptable from the rude service to the quality of the products that are served, this is by far the worst Wendy’s. dave thomas rolls in his dig, if he must testify to this place.

We went to the drive thru and when we got home we found out they got the order wrong.we called to tell them and explain it and the girl on the phone has a attitude with us and didn't even give us a receipt. so we can take the order back I will not be going back to this wendys
