Papa John's Pizza - Urbana

The service at this place was so disappointing. I'm going in with coupons, but I have to order online. the online system invites me about what I have ordered, but there are no details explaining what the additional fees are for. no single worker knows anything about his own online system that they told me that I'm just using or ready to ring in business. I just left after the poor service. I'm not coming back.

Thank you to the two employee working tonight! I appreciate you helping me wish my granddaughter a Happy Birthday when I was unable to be with her! You guys are awesome! Thank you so much!! You did exactly what I asked for under the circumstances of you being so busy and short staffed!

The worst customer service. make a customer wait for an hour and then the order will not cancel out any reason. no statement to the incident and even the customer responsible for it. this is my first 1-star rating.

Update: I contacted samantha, the branch manager. she was very apologetic and gave me my money back. I would like to say that the shipper was thought out and delivered teller how we jot at home extremely unprofessional! Tiera(Manager) will throw them out with the F bombs and then hang them up. when asked how to reach gm. I was told she was samantha, but she'll tell you the same thing. the delivery lasted an hour and 45 minutes. I have a whole speal about a driver who was arrested for no insurance. they left the sausage, the pizza came cold and shattered. (See,) they wouldn't give it back because supposedly the ovens were out.

$46 driver's tip thrown away from eating. almost 2 hours late in delivery. order with call center in india. I didn't get everything I ordered. no reaction to online complaints. call them to 877 complaining and they just kicked it back to the local. 2 times from this business to order and 2. bad experience. worse still is that they are not enough to even react. customer service and very badly store. even the driver who delivered it was no matter. many other pizza places to spend my money. Edit-i see that the owner only reacts to positive reviews. Imagine it. update them 4 or 5 days and have not heard of anyone yet. another call to the ausland call center and promise of contact within 48 hours. absolutely terrible customer service.
