I ordered a 3 piece meal with 2 original and 1 crispy chicken pieces, but I received all original. However, that is my only complaint. The customer service was great! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Kfc:
The customer service at this restaurant was extremely poor. The line was very long, so I decided to wait. There were about 5 people ahead of me in line, and it took about 15 to 20 minutes to place my order. Then, it took another 10 minutes to receive my order. View all feedback.
Yikes. This restaurant is consistently lacking enough staff. I have tried giving it multiple opportunities because the food is tasty, but this last visit really disappointed me. Everything seemed to have been left under the heat lamps for too long. (I hope that's all it was). I even had to give the fries to my dog. Additionally, the menu was missing in the drive-thru and I waited for several minutes without being acknowledged. Eventually, I gave up and placed my order at the window. The only positive aspect was the polite man taking my order at the window. Unfortunately, past encounters with other employees have not been as pleasant.
This restaurant is average at best. The drive-thru worker made me wait while they finished their cigarette break, and the food tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for too long. Additionally, it was overpriced. This is my feedback and my honest feelings. Thank you for providing a platform for sharing experiences with others.
Pulled up to the drive-through waited several minutes. Someone came over the speaker and asked me to hold on. I said no problem and waited 10 more minutes at the menu then someone came across and asked if I would be ordering chicken I replied yes that waspart of my order in which they responded that they had a 25 minute wait on all chicken. would have been nice to know that beforeI was asked to wait at the speaker for 10 minutes .Do not recommend this location.
We waited in line for 20 minutes before we ever got to order then another 10 waiting at the window. The chicken and biscuits were both raw. We were driving so we tried to call and tell them about the problem and no one would answer the phone. This placedefinitely gives all KFC's a bad name.
This location would be perfect for a chicken restaurant. We were informed that they couldn't fulfill a 12-piece meal order, so we settled for 8 pieces. We weren't given the option to wait for more chicken. The person taking our order rushed through the process and cut us off before we could order drinks. They also wouldn't add our drinks at the window. However, they did get the items they allowed us to order correctly. It was a very strange atmosphere.
