The gentleman at the entrance could benefit from improving his customer service skills. I don't believe I should be met with attitude regarding my clothing (I was in a tank top) when this is Hervey Bay, not a fancy restaurant in Paris. View all feedback.
The service at this restaurant was outstanding, setting a standard that many other places lack. The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The atmosphere was cozy and pleasantly quiet. I was particularly impressed that the staff was well-informed about gluten-free options; they reassured me about each dish being gluten-free. Having a food allergy can be intimidating when dining out, but I can happily say I had no reactions and the food was incredible. I highly recommend this restaurant—it was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely be coming back!
We visited El Puerto for the second time (the first visit was with our friends on Thursday) and, as always, the service was exceptional! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, and even though we had a brief wait (which honestly didn’t feel long at all), they were very apologetic and incredibly kind. I will definitely be returning because not only is the staff fantastic, but the food is absolutely incredible! Keep up the great work, everyone!
We recently hosted a family birthday gathering at this restaurant, and I can't recommend it enough! With 8 adults and 1 child in our party, we were thoroughly impressed. The staff provided impeccable service, ensuring our drinks were always topped up and that the amazing food kept coming. We truly have no complaints about our experience. A big thank you to Simon and his team, as well as everyone in the kitchen for the delicious food. We'll definitely be returning!
Absolutely amazing! What a fantastic environment with highly enthusiastic and engaging staff. The food was tasty and succulent with a vast array of meats. The atmosphere was enhanced by a Latin dancer and free tasters of Brazilian cocktails. Would definitely return to this restaurant and recommend highly to anyone! 10/10!
What an exceptional night at El Puerto last night, attentive and fantastic staff from the minute we walked in, wonderful and flavoursome food, would highly recommend to all, will definitely be going back again
