This place is absolutely fantastic! We stayed overnight on the canal barge moored at the pub's wharf and had both lunch and dinner there. Our meals were delicious and very affordable. Everything we saw being served looked just as appetizing, and we even spotted the biggest fish and chips I've ever seen—definitely enough to feed both of us! View all feedback.

Fantastic choice of home style cooked specials changing every day aswell as a varied regular menu. Never disappointed with quality and quantity of food served by welcoming happy staff even during current restrictions. Decor and furniture very good also. Highly Recommended.
Great food, great staff, and a really nice location. There is a big car park and nice garden over looking the river. Really good selection of food and reasonably priced. I would recommend this place.
