Jappi - Uppsala

The food was good, but the restaurant could be cleaner (everything felt slightly sticky). Another issue was that the prices on the menu were not updated and were lower than the actual prices. The staff and cuisine are Chinese, not Japanese as advertised.

I had a fantastic experience at Jappi Uppsala! The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. As a Chinese person, I found the food to be satisfying and reminiscent of home-cooked meals.

The Chinese food at this restaurant is excellent! We tried their sushi and it was delicious. The atmosphere in the restaurant was cozy and the staff was very friendly.

We had a terrible dining experience recently at this restaurant. The waitress was heard shouting at a table that included a small child and elderly individuals, as she had received criticism from her boss for a mistake she made. She also yelled at a customer who had left a public comment about her errors. She insisted that all communication with customers must be done in private so that her boss wouldn't find out. Despite customers explaining that they had already spoken with her about their concerns, she refused to correct her mistake and continued to disturb the table multiple times throughout the evening. Additionally, she shouted at other customers to wait for their orders while she was dealing with the problematic table. This waitress has been causing issues for a while now, damaging customer relationships and the restaurant's reputation. We are left wondering how long it will be before either she leaves or the restaurant closes down.

Avoid this restaurant! The food does not match the menu, and the staff speaks and understands Swedish and English very poorly. The food is also not very good. They claim to have a Michelin Star, but it is questionable.
