I chose to go inside to place my order, and although ther... read more What is happening at this Dunkin' location? At 2 PM, there were cars lined up all around the building. I chose to go inside to place my order, and although there were about seven employees working at the drive-thru window, only five customers were waiting in line. Not a single employee greeted us, apologized, or even acknowledged that someone would be with us shortly. We waited for 20 minutes without any cashier stepping forward to assist, either us or anyone else. This was by far the worst experience I've had at Dunkin'. The manager clearly lacks the ability to organize and prioritize staff effectively and should be replaced. Keep in mind, this was not during busy breakfast hours, but mid-afternoon. Also, their menu seemed to be overlooked in terms of customer service, which was disappointing.

When I mentioned that the Snackin' Bacon was smaller and soggier than usual (I order it several times a week, so I know how it should be), the woman at the window responded with an attitude. She took the bag back and said, "I'm going to count the strips out for you." I chose to just drive off—I didn't want to deal with that after such a long wait. On top of that, my coffee was made wrong, with way too much sugar instead of cream. What a waste of time.

We asked for peppermint mocha lattes, two hot chocolates, and hash browns, but when we got to the window, they handed us iced tea and asked which donuts we wanted, which really confused us. They also mentioned that their espresso machine was broken, so they couldn’t make any special drinks. To top it off, they had run out of peppermint but didn’t explain this at the start. An older woman who seemed to be the manager was fixing our order at the booth and gave us such an attitude about not hearing our order correctly, even though it was clear their team had messed it up in the first place. She continued to hand us the wrong food items. In the end, we settled for a regular coffee with three creams and asked them to add some mocha, and we left with our hash browns, which were burnt and tasted like charcoal.
