Description

This Dunkin’ location offers a mix of experiences. Many customers praise the consistently fresh coffee, delicious breakfast sandwiches, and friendly, attentive staff, making it a favored spot for quick takeout and reliable quality. Ample parking and a convenient pickup process add to its appeal. However, some visits reveal issues with order accuracy, long wait times, and disappointing customer service—including inattentive employees and management challenges during busy hours. While the food often impresses, occasional mismanagement and negative attitudes hurt the overall experience. Improvements in staff training and communication could elevate this location to fully meet customer expectations.

Oh my goodness, they didn’t get our order right at the drive-thru! We asked for peppermint mocha lattes, two hot chocolates, and hash browns, but when we got to the window, they handed us iced tea and asked which donuts we wanted, which really confused us. They also mentioned that their espresso machine was broken, so they couldn’t make any special drinks. To top it off, they had run out of peppermint but didn’t explain this at the start. An older woman who seemed to be the manager was fixing our order at the booth and gave us such an attitude about not hearing our order correctly, even though it was clear their team had messed it up in the first place. She continued to hand us the wrong food items. In the end, we settled for a regular coffee with three creams and asked them to add some mocha, and we left with our hash browns, which were burnt and tasted like charcoal.

We visited the restaurant during a heavy downpour, but we decided to stop anyway. Upon entering, we noticed a young employee in a corner, kissing her boyfriend. The manager shrugged off her behavior and proceeded to take our order. To our disappointment, they were completely out of all pumpkin flavoring and reacted defensively when we expressed our frustration. We ordered four servings of hash browns and paid for them, but when we received our bag, we found only three servings. The staff member became impatient and stated that if we wanted another serving of hash browns, we would have to wait until she made more. Throughout the cooking process, the manager complained to other customers about how she despises needy patrons, which made for an incredibly unprofessional experience.
