Dairy Queen Grill Chill

Service extremely slow and rude. Messed up the order and told me that is what I ordered even thought the receipt said different. Got my order in the end, however it was painful

I gave a 1 but they only deserve a zero. I was there July 21/2020 and ordered a blizzard with their app which would give $1 off. They said the app wasn't working and refused the discount. It's only $1 but it's the principle. I told them they shouldn't have the display in the store of the app if they weren't going to honour it. The employee just shrugged and said the apps not working so she wasn't going to honour it. Terrible customer service.

Great spot and fantastic staff. Person who owns it is wonderful and takes time to talk to the kids. Food good and ice cream delish

This is a good example of where attitudes ruins a place. The food is adequate and what you expect. The place can be cool at times when it is cold outside. It is very hard to beat the price of specials but they are available at all Dairy Queens. But if you want to substitute a coffee for the pop they charge you an extra 50 cents which ruffles my feathers since I have never had this charge at any other restaurant including the DQs around the area. This is a good example of why we go to 2 other DQs in our area even though they ae further away. We go to DQ about once a week since our 4 year old grandson love their special and dessert..

Order a 3 PC chicken strips and the were small and dryed up. Not hot and fresh like I expected for the chain.
