This restaurant always serves incredibly delicious food. Whether I bring it to the office or share it at home, everyone raves about the fantastic taste and quality.
I would suggest not placing a large order in advance if you are expecting to receive the donuts you ordered. An apology would be nice, as I realize these mistakes can happen. I have been informed that this is not the first time an order has been confirmed for pick-up but then not ready on the day of.
Reeses pieces…. ET would approve. It’s not filled, but still good.
I called them looking for a coconut cake for my aunt who was in the last days of her life. She was craving a coconut cake not only did they make a wonderful coconut cake that she really enjoyed but he did it and had it ready for me the next day, even though they were closed. We actually ended up purchasing another one because it was like the cake that all of my aunts had grown up. Both were delicious and the customer service went above and beyond.
The service at this restaurant is excellent and they have a fantastic variety of pastries to choose from! I would give them an A+ rating.
