The server was extremely friendly and gave us great recommendations for our first visit. For starters, we tried the Cowboy Bites which were like a flavorful Hush Puppy. Our sampler platter included ribs, brisket, pulled pork, and chicken leg. The homemade bourbon and apple pie sauce was a highlight and added a delicious twist to the meal. We definitely plan on returning to this restaurant!

At least I am a gre... read more Today my first visit was in this facility. As soon as I went in, I noticed how beautiful the place was. I ordered a burger with Twist-Fries? At least I am a great eater and the burger was very big and the friends were plentiful. the homemade mac n cheese was super good. the waitress was very busy, but she was really good at checking with us and the prices are very fair, especially for the portions they get. so I highly recommend the place

The dry rub on the smoked wings was thick and salty, requiring me to scrape most of it off with a butter knife. The half rack of ribs was too dry to eat, with only 4 middle ribs being slightly moist. However, the mushalat was beautifully done. Unfortunately, my friend's pulled pork dinner was also dry, as we discovered once we returned to my place just a quarter mile away and found no BBQ sauce. Despite these issues, my friend had no complaints about the sides of tater tots or mac n cheese.

For appetizers, cowboy... read more A rustic BBQ restaurant in downtown Upper Sandusky, Ohio. The waitress was very polite and helpful in the selection for our first visit. For appetizers, cowboy bites were like a Hush puppy with a kick of spices. Sampler plater with 2 articles of all ribs, pulled brisket, pulled pork and chicken leg. They make their own bourbon and apple cake sauce. Very delicious! We're going back!
