Very attentive, helpful and a HAPPY PERSON working in fast food! We tried the New Hushpuppy breaded Fish Sticks Fries combo. Fish is lightly seasoned. Breading is very light. We thoroughly enjoyed it ????

Almost 15 mi... read more Ridiculously slow and unapologetic. The team lead or maybe even the manager wouldn't even look at us sitting in the drive thru window at eye level. Almost 15 minutes to get 2 sandwiches, 1 fry and 1 drink. No apology for the wait or even anacknowledgement of the delay. But after all of that, the food was pretty good.

When the employee finally came to take my payment, he asked for an amount that didn’t match my order. I told him I only ordered a sandwich, but he looked confused because it wasn’t showing up on his screen. He then asked which sandwich I ordered, and at that point, I asked for a refund and left. Arby's is usually slow, and in this area, it’s the most expensive fast food option. They made it even worse by somehow deleting my order from the moment I placed it until I reached the window. I won’t be back to Arby's menu anytime soon!
