This place was good at Six Flags. The prices were fine, how much food you get. I have a burger coming with pumice and onion rings and it was about $18. But people... settings! All girls in the front looked at customers and rolled their eyes and talked with an I don't care posture. Like about 95% of Six Flags employees. The food was a solid 5 out of 10. View all feedback.
The food didn't taste like the quality of the real Johnny Rocket

I was at Johnny Rockets in Six Flags in Upper Marlboro Maryland on Friday, 15. April 2022 and the service was terrible. It was very busy at 1 o'clock and a person on the register, although they have 2 registers. A man went to cashier and had coupons that didn't work. The young lady tried, but couldn't. She went to the manager who tried, but the coupons didn't work yet. He went away and she tried again and again. She went back to the manager who finally put him in another register. It took 20 minutes to keep the line. The man was undisputed because the coupons didn't work, no matter what someone did. He was just a pain, but the young girl and the manager mistreated this situation terrible. Many people have gone and went somewhere else, which I am sure does not matter for management, but for people already online this was a shame. Both the young girl and the manager must be retrained. 5 minutes delay is okay, but 20 minutes for maltreatment is terrible. You should be ashamed.
This location is located in the theme park Six Flags. Customer service was excellent, but the burger was not on Johnny Rockets standard. The pommes were fresh, but I suggest this place follows franchise instructions and recipes for better tasting of food.
Can't say anything about the food here other than the fact that google maps recommended this place to me without even mentioning the fact that it was INSIDE the park (Update, after looking closely it did say it was in the park, but it still recommended the place when we were clearly NOT in the park, and instead paintballing next door) . The navigation to this place literally had us cut through the employee parking lot to get in, causing us to get in trouble with security. Needs to be marketed different, or the directions need to be changed so that you don't break rules.
