The girl taking orders had a horrible attitude. They didn?t have anything she claimed. Once we finally ordered we sat at the window for 10 mins without explanation. Got our food and it was dry, unseasoned, and our chicken tenders were scraps of chicken. Someone from the south who has ate bojangles often is very disgusted in this location. Never will return. Slow service. Waited almost 20 minutes to get most of our foods and she forgot two items of our order, and we had to wait 5 minutes to get the rest. Some of the employees were either on their phone or chatting. The food was good, but I won't come back.
You have to have a new ppl training, because I had to repeat myself three times without ice in my drinks and they still had ice in them. I have no receipt or napkins. I love her food, but I won't visit this bojangle soon.
Google wants to know my experience in Bojangles, so here it is: Sunday afternoon, a chicken fast food restaurant has no chicken prepared. In the meantime, you would be forced to move to the side after passing through the drive-thru and wait for them to say 15 minutes. We moved to the side, from the parking lot and on the highway.
Both bathrooms were horrendous. Urine on the floor so the floor outside the bathroom was sticky. Fried chicken was 3 different tones of brown. Even the thighs were dry. Very disappointed. It must be the location and/or staff but I WILL NEVER go back.
So I haven't had Bojangles in years.... my son wanted dinner and I took him. The staff is a little too laid back for my liking; I stayed in line for about 5 minutes before being acknowledged, nobody was in front of me. When I got to the cashier, unsure what the hold up was but they disregarded I was a paying customer; laughs, jokes, on the phone. Needless to say, the biscuit was AMAZING! So while it wasn't the greatest customer service, the food was good.
