This is a bright and clean spot perfect for a quick breakfast, offering excellent coffee and fresh donuts. The service was fantastic. Additionally, it’s connected to Baskin-Robbins if you're in the mood for a frozen treat. We'll definitely return when we're in the area again.
The donuts are fantastic, but the breakfast menu leaves much to be desired. The coffee is good, but it's not my favorite.
I visited this restaurant today and ordered through the drive-thru. I asked for an iced chai with pumpkin cold foam and two orders of snackin' bacon. When I reached the window, the total was $8.13. The employee handed me the two orders of bacon and wished me a good day. My boyfriend pointed out that we didn’t receive the iced chai, and the employee replied that they were out of it. When my boyfriend inquired if we had been charged for it, the employee said no. However, when I got home and checked online, I found that the bacon was listed for under three dollars. It turns out I was charged for the chai, even though they were out of it, and the employee misled us about not being charged. It would have been better if they had informed us about the shortage when we placed the order.
This restaurant boasts an excellent location, and the service is both prompt and friendly. It's nice that a Burger King and a Dunkin' are conveniently located next to each other. However, I felt it necessary to update my review because during my last visit, they were only open for drive-thru service. When stopping during a highway trip, having only drive-thru options is not ideal, especially if you need to use the restroom.
The donuts were tasty, but the service left a lot to be desired. I ordered a 50-piece Munchkins and a frozen hot chocolate with caramel swirl through the app, but only received half of the Munchkins, and my drink was missing the caramel. When my son went back to ask for the rest of the Munchkins, the staff seemed irritated and unkind. I didn't bother to mention the drink since it was enjoyable enough even without the caramel. I've decided to return to a friendly, family-owned donut shop instead. This was my third visit, and I've had the same disappointing experience each time.
