What Mitchell Coles doesn't like about Starbucks:
Horrible service. I visited this location on 5/21/2022 at 10:30 AM after placing a mobile order and waited 15 minutes. They completely disregarded the mobile orders and then got an attitude when I inquired about my order. The Clerk then directed someone else to make it and it wasn?t even hot. The service is the real deal as well as the Caramel Macchiato
I am trying to provide the best service and support my team.
I love this location! The only thing I would change is: I was there 5/1/22 around 1pm and the employee Haley is so rude to her coworkers. It 's a shame she was rude, rolling her eyes when they asked her a question, and also got an attitude with them. One younge lady fell and everyone asked her was she ok and Haley just said, you should of wore non slip shoes . Other then that everyone else is amazing.
Cute little local Starbucks. My order is always a black iced coffee with coconut milk and Stevia. Super simple but so good. Staff is always so sweet.
Although their kinda busy, i love all the staff’s have an upbeat attitude!!
