Yesterday morning I ordered a cup of coffee, I saw my barista forgot to put milk and after she complete making my drink, I kindly asked for more milk and the barista rudely reply “ I have to pay.” Never in my experience, I have to pay more for light heavy cream milk. The Barista was very unprofessional and displayed poor customer service, and showed a very rude demeanor. View all feedback.
If you’re in a rush in the morning stay away from this Starbucks. I ordered my coffee when I left the house at 6:20. I got to Starbucks at 6:30 and was there until 6:50 waiting for my drink. I ended up getting a refund and leaving. What is the point of mobile ordering if it takes over 30 mins to get your order.
Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I always go to Starbucks to study because it is usually not too loud. This Starbucks was filled with chatty high schoolers just sitting there chilling. The manager closed the sitting area said it is only grab go right now. I don’t think that is allowed but she probably did not want to deal with the swarm of high schoolers sitting in. Which is understandable but is unfair to those who actually go there to get there work done. I’m in the middle of doing my school work and the manager is trying to rush me out. Very inconsiderate. Do not recommend if you are looking for somewhere to lock into your work.
It’s Starbucks and my points got me a free Emperors Cloud Green Tea. Winning!
Ordered Chai Tea, Impossible Sandwich, Small Coffee. Staff were nice. Chai Tea tasted watered down, coffee was ok, but the sandwich looked thrown together as if a 2 year old made it; and cheese was on the outside of the bag. Highly disappointed.
I was the only person standing in line at the register and waited for 10 minutes as 6 baristas continued running around. Nobody greeted me, told me they would be with me, not one hello, nothing! Everyone had there back turned to the customers. This is not the Starbucks brand I remember working for, this would've been unacceptable when I was working for Starbucks. The whole Friday morning shift all need better customer service training or just a brand new manager. Worse service ever.
