The food is consistently undercooked, the service is slow, and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant is lacking. The windows are often dirty, and it seems like the floors haven’t been cleaned in quite a while. I would not recommend buying anything from this place.
On February 16, 2022, I visited this restaurant to buy donuts for my daughters, who also needed to use the restroom. Although the dining area was open for customers, the staff informed me that there was no public restroom available. According to the law, if a restaurant has seating for diners, they must provide access to restrooms. Frustrated, I chose to take my business elsewhere, but it was difficult to find another location where my daughters could use a bathroom. In the end, I had to drive at least two miles to find an alternative, which was quite inconvenient for my young children.
If I could give this place zero stars, I definitely would. I waited at the drive-thru speaker for three minutes after being told to hold. When I finally got through, I had them scan my $2 gift card from T-Mobile, leaving me with a total of just 53 cents. I offered to pay with my debit card, but the employee informed me that there’s a $5 minimum to use a card. This is the only Dunkin' I've ever encountered that has such a policy. On top of that, my coffee was really disappointing.
This restaurant is disappointing. Everyone I know who has been there shares the same experience. The coffee is consistently old and bitter, and the doughnuts are always hard and stale. Communication is also difficult, as the intercom has been broken for years. It might be time to close this place or find new owners.
I was really disappointed with their cold coffees—they completely forgot to add the coffee! Just check out the pictures for proof. It’s a shame because they promote the slogan "everyone runs on Dunkin," but the quality definitely doesn’t match the price. When I asked for a replacement, they just gave me the same drink again. I would have appreciated honesty about being out of coffee instead of being served a cup full of creamer and ice.
